Concrete, Timber and Composite Sleeper Retaining Walls
Concrete, Timber and Composite Sleeper Retaining Walls
We highly recommend concrete sleeper retaining walls for their ease of installation and durability. These are designed to last 40+ years and can be built up to 3m high!
If you want to opt for a cheaper material, timber retaining walls can be a great option while still being aesthetically pleasing. If you do this, we can also install galvanised posts with timber sleepers for a durable option that can easily be replaced later when the timber eventually rots (after 10-15+ yrs).
A new product on the market that has been highly popular are the composite retaining walls. We recommend these for their ease of install, but they also have their pros and cons. Let us help you during your design consult.
Link Block and Sandstone Retaining Walls
Link Block and Sandstone Retaining Walls
These are a classic option with many new visually appealing blocks on the market now. As with all retaining wall options, they have their pros and cons which we can discuss during the design process. For example, depending on the height, you can have a very basic footing such as crushed gravel, or a concrete footing with rebar. This can be a good option if there are underground services in the way, however their height is limited without reinforcement, which adds to the cost and backfill depth.
Timber and Colorbond Fencing
Timber and Colorbond Fencing
Most retaining walls by nature will be associated with a fence. We take care of this too and can build the retaining wall with brackets to mount a fence on top.
We specialist in timber and colorbond fencing, but can also provide aluminium and glass fencing
